Vakplan is an all-in-one werkbeheer-platform (work-management SaaS) for Dutch SMB trade businesses (bouw, installatie, schoonmaak, boomverzorging, schilders, dakdekkers, loodgieters, glazenwassers). The product combines werkbonnen (digital work orders), planning, time tracking, quotes with dual-pricing, projects, materials, employees, and invoicing with bidirectional Snelstart integration. It runs as a Progressive Web App with offline-first work order entry for on-site use.
